Return & Refund Policy

At WelBeauty LLC, we are committed to providing you with high-quality medical-grade skincare and beauty products. Due to the nature of our business and hygiene standards, we have established the following return policy to ensure the safety of all our clients.


1. Physical Products Return Policy We accept returns of unopened, unused, and originally sealed products within 8 days of the delivery date.


To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and with the safety seal intact.


Opened Products: For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used skincare products (creams, serums, cleansers, etc.) or devices that have come into contact with the skin, unless the product is deemed defective.


2. Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:


Opened or used skincare products.


Gift Cards.


Sale items or "Special Offers" (unless defective).


Personal use devices (e.g., microneedling pens) once the seal is broken.


3. Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


Approved: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within [5-10] business days.


Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from your refund. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.


4. Damaged or Defective Items We verify all products before shipping. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at [Support Email] with:


Your order number.


A photo of the damaged product/packaging. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.


5. Service & Treatment Refunds Please note that payments for medical services, aesthetic treatments (Morpheus8, Botox, etc.), and consultations are generally non-refundable once the service has been rendered.


Pre-paid Packages: Refunds for unredeemed sessions in a package may be subject to a cancellation fee or issued as store credit only, at the discretion of management.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us first.


Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
